Return of Products

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods without having to give a reason for his decision.

The buyer has obligation to return purchased goods within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal without any compensation. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of the intended return to office@jesuis-cosmetics.com.

The returned product must be undamaged, packed in its original packaging and with all accessories included, in the same quantity and without trace of use. The obligatory attachment to the return is the Buyer’s information (name and surname, address, email, telephone number, order number and Bank account number for transferring the refund).

The Seller will refund your funds no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The cost of sending the returned goods shall be carried by the Buyer. Seller does not accept option of paying return shipment.

Claims about damaged products during transportation shall be notified within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The seller does not acknowledge any subsequent complaints. If there are visible signs of damage to the product at the time of pickup, the Buyer may reject the shipment and request the carrier employee to write a complaint record of the damaged shipment.

Warranty

The seller offers a 12-month warranty on all technical products.

The buyer may claim warranty on goods in case they do not have the characteristics explicitly promised by the Seller, if the Seller has sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or product otherwise deviate from the buyer’s order. The buyer can claim warranty on the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt and request an immediate replacement for a faultless product or a refund.

The guarantee does not apply in case of:

  • Accidental damage, misuse or abuse of a product
  • An attempted repair of a product by anyone other than Freyr Approved Engineer (the “Engineer”)
  • Installation or use of a product where such installation or use fails to meet the requirements contained in this guarantee or the User Instructions Booklet

In case of warranty, send the product to the Seller’s address. The package must contain the Buyer’s information: first and last name, e-mail address, delivery address and whether the Buyer wants to replace or refund the product.

In case the Seller no longer sells the purchased product, the purchase price will be returned to the Buyer or the product (as agreed) will be replaced by a product of comparable characteristics. The seller agrees that the complaints will be resolved within 15 working days.
