Payment methods, product delivery and shipping costs
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Paymentwhen goods are delivered
- Paymentwith credit card via online payment
- Paymentwith PayPal
Delivery of ordered products
If the order arrives by 13:00, we usually prepare and ship the ordered products within the same day, but otherwise within the next business day. We do not ship any goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
In Slovenia, the delivery time for most shipments is one business day, which can be prolonged due to various causes that cannot be affected (breakdowns, accidents, errors, road conditions …).
If we cannot deliver the product to you as promised, for reasons beyond our control (eg delays on the side of our suppliers), you may withdraw the order at any time. Of course, we will keep you informed about any delays.
Contractual delivery partners
Our contract partner for the safe delivery of your ordered items is GLS. In case you pay for the goods in advance and you are not at home when the shipment is delivered, the delivery service will let you know in the mailbox about the package and how you pick it up.
Shipping costs
For orders over € 49.99, packaging and shipping costs are free of charge.
On order up to and including € 49.99 the product will cost you € 5.00, regardless of the weight, quantity and size of the order.
